To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden, we are looking for a Senior Associate Quality Assurance 100% Chemistry / Pharma / Biotechnology Rheinfelden Your key responsibilities Manage quality documents throughout their lifecycle, including filing, maintenance, and archiving in accordance with company procedures Process and administer documents within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), including review for formal compliance and completeness Serve as Training Coordinator within the eQMS and oversee training record administration Monitor and track Quality System processes, including CAPAs, Deviations, Change Controls, and Complaints Coordinate complaint management activities, including maintenance of the complaint tracker and preparation of complaint documentation Support the preparation of periodic quality reports and KPI monitoring Support Quality Agreement lifecycle management through document coordination and tracking Coordinate/perform annual supplier/sevice provider evaluations, assist in supplier qualifications and maintain related quality records Who you are Apprenticeship certificate At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and/or the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in documentation Knowledge of GMP documentation requirements Good MS Office skills and flair for IT systems and databases Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good English knowledge Flexible and structured team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and a problem-solving approach Ability to prioritize tasks Dedication to high quality and attention to detail What we offer A great opportunity to work in a diverse environment where you can learn, develop your existing competences, and learn new skills.
