Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and have a knack for sales? At IKEA, we-re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Sales Employee to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are language talent, we would love to hear from you!
You like to speak several languages on a daily basis, have excellent language skills in German and French (speaking and writing). English and any other national language are a plus.
What you'll be doing day to day

Capture relevant customer insights to enable other parts of IKEA to improve the customer experience
