Who you are
You're an integral part of our Country Integrated Media team at IKEA Switzerland reporting to the Integrated Media Manager. You'll be at the helm of shaping strategies and budget allocations across media channels to amplify our marketing ROI. Your role is pivotal in planning, creating, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing impactful campaigns.

What You Bring:

• A strong foundation in Media, with extensive knowledge of the Swiss Media Market.
• Expertise in traditional media planning (TV, Radio, OOH, Print), whether from history in a Media Agency or a Marketing Team on the client side. Additional expertise in Digital Media planning is a plus.
• A number-driven mindset with profound budgeting skills for multi-channel marketing. (cross-media, analytics
• An analytical mindset cross-media performance and budgeting experience for multi-channel campaigns
• Exceptional communication skills to distil complex topics, alongside the prowess to lead and inspire both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• A team player, who likes to learn new things, but also shares knowledge with members of the team
• Proficiency in English is a must. Fluency in a local language (German, French, Italian) is a significant plus.

• Actively contribute to the development and execution of our marketing plan, aiming for the collective objectives and goals.
• Co-create and shape our Media Strategy for the years ahead.
• Forge successful national and local media campaigns in close collaboration with our local media agency.
• Partner with teams across Marketing, including the Content Creation Team and CRM Team, to orchestrate the most effective campaigns.
• Dive deep into media KPIs to enhance our strategies and increase ROI.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with external suppliers and pioneer new ways to communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with other Integrated Media Leaders from different countries and our global Matrix - implement best practices in Switzerland, but also share our success stories.
